Composition :
Zoloral Cream : Each gram contains 20 mg/g Ketoconazole in a suitable cream base
Indications :
Zoloral Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of dermatophyte infection of the skin, such as tinea cruris, tinea manus and tinea pedis caused by Trichophyton rubrum. It is also indicated for the treatment of candidiasis of the skin and tinea (pityriasis) versicolor.
Dosage :
- Zoloral cream
Zoloral cream should be applied once daily to cover the affected area in patients with tinea corporis, tinea cruns, tinea pedis, skin candidiasis and tinea (pityriasis) versicolor. Resistant infections may need two applications daily, depending on the patient’s response.
Adverse reactions :
Zoloral cream
If rash, irritation, pruritus and stinging occur, use of the cream should be discontinued.
