Composition :
Each capsule contains Omeprazole 20 mg.
Indications :
- Short term treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer and reflux oesophagitis erosiva ulcerativa.
- Treatment of Zolinger Ellison syndrome
Dosage :
Duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer and reflux oesophagitis erosiva/ulcerativa. The recommended dosage is 20 mg once daily to be swallowed with liquid. In patients refractory to other treatment regimens, a dose of 40 mg once daily.
Zolinger-Ellison syndrome
The recommended initial dosage is 60 mg once daily. Patients with severe disease need doses of 20 – 120 mg daily.
