Composition :
Each tablet contains :
Loratadine
10 mg
Indications :
Alemitis is indicated for the relief of symptoms related to allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea and nasal itching, as well as itching and buming sensation of the eyes.
It is also indicated for treatment of chronic urticaria symptoms.
Dosage :
Adults and chldren 12 years of age and over : one tablet once daily.
Children 6 12 years of age :
Bodyweight of more than 30 kg : 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily.
Bodyweight of less than 30 kg : 5 mg (1/2 tablet) once daily.
Contraindications :
Patients with idiosyncrasia or who are hypersensitive to Loratadine.
Drug interactions :
No clinically relevant changes in the safety profile of Loratadine as a result of drug interactions have been reported. Unlike some other H1-receptor antagonists, Loratadine does not exhibit a potentiating effect when administered concurrently with alcohol.
